Two of them represent the lightweight (130 lbs below) and heavyweight (230 lbs above) sleepers, respectively, while the rest of the team represents the average group (130-230 lbs), although one weighs 155 lbs and the other is close to 225 lbs.
Based on the data we collected over the past 14 days, it seems that most could agree that this mattress has the potential to accommodate a sizable range of positions and body weights but not exactly all of them. We would give the DreamCloud Hybrid a solid 7/10 on the firmness scale, which is medium firm. It’s plush enough to be comfortable, yet supportive enough to contour the body even in different positions. Their hips, in particular, should sink into the mattress very nicely while the coils underneath support them. Flat Stomach Sleeping

Side Sleeping
Among the three weight groups, those of average weight are more likely to gain an upper hand when it comes to side sleeping on the DreamCloud Hybrid. People who weigh 130-190 lbs may find the DreamCloud Hybrid contouring support to be sufficient. However, the pressure on the hips, shoulders, and hips won’t be as intense as they should. Our volunteer of 155 lbs found that the experience was worth it as they were able rest well, regardless of whether they switched sides or stayed on one side. For those who weigh 190 lbs onwards, it’s a different story.
Our heavyweight and 225-lb reps both felt that the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on their sides. Both have experienced frequent sinking in their hips and shoulders, creating pressure points that may lead to minor concurrent pains. As heavier individuals may find the DreamCloud Hybrid to be soft under their weight, those who are lesser than 130 pounds may find it a little bit firmer sometimes to be able to sleep properly. Unboxing and Off-Gassing the DreamCloud
The DreamCloud Hybrid Mattress is neatly packed and sealed in a box. The size of the mattress will determine how heavy it is. The twin is the lightest and Cal King and King are the most heavy. When we unboxed the Queen-sized version to be used for our tests, we noticed that some of our teammates find it quite heavy to carry it alone, so from that point onwards we needed an extra person to help ease the burden.
Other than the mattress, the box also contains a booklet with instructions and a pocket knife. This is especially useful if you don’t already have one.
